Service Cancellation by Clients

Clients may cancel their Service at any time, but must do so in writing to the admin@cloudbooks24x7.com email address.

The client may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation takes place 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service, only when work has not yet started.
In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered for service rendered.
In the case of subscription-based services, cancellation needs to be made [X] days prior to the next billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Return requested before work has begun.
Partial Refund: If work has already started, then the quantity of work will be used to calculate a partial refund.
No Refunds: There will be no refunds for any completed work or after [X] days of service rendered.

Cancellation by Cloudbooks247

Cloudbooks247 retains the right to discontinue services in the following scenarios:

Lack of payment or default on agreed-upon terms.
We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel anyone who violates our Terms of Service or abuses its use.
Failure to receive necessary client information despite numerous requests.
A disaster out of our control preventing us from providing the service.

In the event of such a termination, the client shall receive reimbursement for the work which has been performed up to the time of cancellation.

Subscription Services Cancellation

For ongoing or recurring services:

Clients must cancel [X] days before the next billing date.
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and your service will remain active until that date.

Modification or Rescheduling
